R31 skyline Rear GTST 2 Piston Brake Adapter Kit

Listing is for our R31 rear 2 piston GTST adapter kit

This kit allows bigger sumitomo 2 piston calipers from an R32/33/34, z32 etc. and the matching vented 296mm rear rotor to be bolted onto the factory caliper brackets / diff.

Some modification is required to the dust cover to allow the larger rear rotor to sit on. Either cut the lip off or flatten, whichever you prefer.

The adapter bolt to the backside of the factory caliper bracket, the bolts that hold the kit to the bracket need to have loktite or similar applied as the inner drum section of the rotor runs above the head of the bolts and would interfere if spring washers were used. Alternatively this lip could be machined / cut of as no park brake is retained in this kit to allow for clearance for spring washers.

Depending on your stud pattern, the rotors will need to be re-drilled to match prior to installing.

Kit includes:

2 x laser cut caliper plates

2 x laser cut packer

8 x M10 High Tensile bolts

4 x M10 spring washers

Please note: Calipers offer no park brake as the newer skylines run an internal drum park brake arrangement.

Brake lines can be factory lines with thread adapters to convert from single flare (r31) to double (r32 etc), s13 lines are usable if re-flaring of the factory hard line to create a double flare is done, conversion braided lines are also available as a direct bolt in solution also.
